The legendary watch-making house, Chopard, is pleased to introduce a bigger, bolder watch — Chopard L.U.C Quattro hand-wound wrist watch, the one that employs the mastery of the brand’s craftsmen and adopts the new aesthetic codes of the L.U.C collection. This new Chopard watch is bound to delight devotees of Haute Horlogerie and all those with a taste for distinguished lines.
Set in a 43mm round-shaped case, this new Chopard watch is rendered in 18-carat rose gold. The model is also equipped with a bezel manufactured from the same material. Touting the advantage of water resistance which can be assured down to 50 meters, this model is featured with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and there is the same glass employed for the bottom.

The hand-wound L.U.C 1.98 movement is indeed the world’s only movement to have been fitted with four stacked and series-coupled barrels. Stamped with the Hallmark of Geneva, the movement is produced solely in-house and is protected by two international patents. Besides, the mechanism that is embellished with 39 jewels ensures the operation at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.

Moreover, there are four spring barrels integrated within the movement to confer an impressive 216-hour power reserve. The caliber breathes life to a set of useful functions displayed on a silvered dial. Via the dial of this Chopard L.U.C Quattro, you can see the most visible aesthetic changes featuring new hands. The gold-tone “dauphine” style inspired the shape of the hands but they are redesigned to provide a hint of technical refinement and accuracy revealing the quality of the L.U.C movements.
At the position of 6 o’clock counter is arranged with a small seconds aperture being allied with a date display. In the counterbalance of 12 o’clock is the demonstration of the power reserve indicator. Furthermore, this Chopard is delivered by a brown hand-sewn alligator leather strap that is terminated by a pin buckle in 18-karat rose gold.
